New Family Court Rule to Complicate Relocating with a Child

Effective January 1, 2011, a new rule in Family Courts across the state will require parents to obtain a Court Order to relocate to another state, or more than 100 miles away, with a child.  This rule complicates short relocations, such as across the Ohio or Big Sandy River, where the metropolitan area stretches across the state border.
